This video cracks me up! We were at home getting ready to go hiking at Red Rock Canyon so we had Gemma's backpack out. She LOVES her backpack and always is excited to see it. Ben and I were both getting things ready to go and I walk out to the kitchen and find this....
Here's another video that I took when Gemma and I were getting ready for the day and found a house fly in my bathroom...
Gemma is talking ALL THE TIME now. There is usually a running commentary of the day going on. "Mommy, we're going to the store. Mommy, now we are driving. Mommy, can we listen to the radio?" She also is asking, "What's that?" about everything!!! She knows all her letters now and their sounds and still loves to 'read'. She is such a cuddler these days and since I have spent lots of days sick on the couch in the last 5 months, she is content to just sit next to me and hang out. She is so much fun! Much to my pleasure, she also loves looking through the baby boy clothes and things that I have set out and getting things ready for her new baby brother.

She is TOO cute! What a sweet girl! You should have seen Anna's reaction to flies in Egypt (they were everywhere!). You could hear her a mile away. Of course, it was kind of like those commercials where the flies are crawling all over the hungry children around the world (she wasn't hungry, just covered in flies). I love how Gemma just seemed happy about the fly liking her rather than terrified.
